Sorelle Organic Covid-19 Policy
OUR PROMISE
Our staff have been trained on our salon's workplace health & safety and Covid-19 protocols. We are up to date with current government health directions and review them regularly. Additionally, we will be taking the extra precautions set out below to ensure our salon is sanitised and cleaned regularly for your and our safety.
Firstly it goes without saying, if you are unwell or have any cold & flu like symptoms then please, call to reschedule your appointment.
We are asking all clients to wear a mask at all times and to sanitise upon entrance to the salon. If you have a medical exemption, then we kindly ask that you contact us prior to your appointment so we can ensure social distancing is possible and please bring a copy of your exemption to your appointment or email it prior.
When you arrive for your appointment, please come into the salon to notify us that you are here. If we are ready for you then we will bring you to your seat, However, If we are not yet ready, then we may ask that you wait outside or in your car so to discourage gathering or waiting in the front of the salon. One of our staff will then send you a text when it is time for you to come in.
To ensure appointments run on time, we ask that all clients arrive promptly for their service.
All clients are required to come alone to the salon unless: the client has a disability and needs an aide, a child is coming for a haircut (one parent may accompany the child), or you have an infant in a pram with you. If you require someone to come with you that does not fit this category then please contact us prior to your appointment.
An extra 10min will be added on to each appointment to allow for additional cleaning and disinfection before the next client arrives.
Where possible, we ask that all clients remain at there designated station where they will receive their service unless they have to go to the bathroom, are required to attend the basins for shampooing, toning etc. or have a medical condition that requires them to move around.
Walk ins are discouraged, but for clients wanting to purchase products, we ask that only one person at a time be in the front retail area and please refrain from touching the products. We will be imposing touchless retail sales (our staff will get the product from the shelves for clients).
Magazines will no longer be available, so we recommend bringing a book or device for your processing time and your welcome to connect to our WIFI.
We will no longer be serving beverages in mugs & glasses so please bring your own keep cup & water bottle and we will be happy to fill it with any one of our beverages available on our drinks menu. (Paper cups are available so don’t worry if you forget)
As it is not currently mandated for hair and beauty salons, we will not be asking for proof of vaccinations but we hope that the above measures go some way in reassuring our clients that we are doing everything we can to protect both ourselves and our clients.
Thank you for your understanding and support during these unprecedented times
